Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales leads through networking, referrals, and online channels.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property site visits and presentations for potential buyers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
- Stay updated with market trends, property laws, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in real estate or a related field.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing trends.
- Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
- Other: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
