Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales leads through networking, referrals, and online channels.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
  • Conduct property site visits and presentations for potential buyers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
  • Stay updated with market trends, property laws, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in real estate or a related field.
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing trends.
  • Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
  • Other: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
