Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our real estate team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients over the phone. Your primary role will be to generate leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain real estate projects.
  • Generate leads and schedule property site visits for the sales team.
  • Follow up with interested clients to maintain engagement.
  • Answer client queries regarding properties, pricing, and offers.
  • Maintain and update the database of leads and follow-up details.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (real estate experience preferred).
  • Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field.
  • Skills: Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Tech Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Other: A persuasive and confident approach to sales.
